  • Design, govern, and improve pricing dashboards and operational reporting; partner with Analytics to define metrics and translate data into actionable narratives for senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, product guides, and pricing documentation; own communication strategy for pricing changes and enablement materials; ensure cross-stakeholder adoption; mentor analysts

What is the opportunity?

As a Product Operations Lead Analyst owns and leads product and pricing operational initiatives, acting as a subject‑matter expert and primary point of coordination across Pricing, IT, Product, Fulfillment, and Analytics. This role drives process standardization, end‑to‑end project execution, and continuous improvement while providing guidance to junior analysts. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to influence, anticipate risks, and independently lead complex initiatives.

  • Product Operations Ownership & Process Leadership
  • Lead pricing and fulfillment process standardization efforts across internal and third-party models.
  • Own documentation and governance of pricing, beta programs, and fulfillment workflows.
  • Maintain, design, and improve case management, intake queues, and escalation processes to increase efficiency and clarity.
  • Program & Initiative Leadership
  • Independently lead pricing-related initiatives across IT, AOP, PLM, and strategic programs
  • Own project plans, milestones, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Drive end-to-end launch readiness, identifying gaps and ensuring follow-through.
  • Reporting, Insights & Enablement Strategy
  • Own the design, governance, and continuous improvement of pricing dashboards and operational reporting.
  • Partner with Analytics to define metrics and insights that support leadership decision-making.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Documentation, Change Management & Enablement
  • Lead development and maintenance of SOPs, product guides, and pricing documentation.
  • Own communication strategy for pricing changes, releases, and enablement materials.
  • Ensure consistent adoption of new processes across stakeholders.
  • Cross‑Functional Influence & Mentorship
  • Act as a trusted partner to Product, Pricing, IT, Fulfillment, and Sales Enablement leaders.
  • Proactively identify dependencies, bottlenecks, and areas for operational improvement.
  • Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to product operations analysts.

Travel Expectations: Travel might be required for Team meetings, once or Twice a year
Education: MBA preferred
