We’re hiring a Travel Concierge & Operations Specialist to support a fast-paced travel and aviation operations team.

This is a high-speed, execution-heavy role — not routine admin work.

You’ll coordinate complex travel logistics, manage real-time requests, and deliver a white-glove client experience at every step.

What You’ll Own

End-to-End Travel Operations

  • Coordinate full travel logistics:
    • Flights
    • Ground transportation
    • Hotels & accommodations
    • Special/VIP requests
  • Ensure every detail is executed with speed, precision, and zero errors
  • Track schedules, bookings, and client requirements in real time

Real-Time Request Management

  • Handle live requests from clients, passengers, and internal teams
  • Manage last-minute changes without disrupting the experience
  • Prioritize multiple urgent requests simultaneously
  • Maintain composure and accuracy in fast-moving situations

White-Glove Client Experience

  • Deliver high-touch, premium service in every interaction
  • Anticipate needs before clients ask
  • Coordinate premium services:
    • Catering
    • Luxury hotels
    • Ground transport
  • Maintain polished, confident, and professional communication

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with operators, vendors, and internal teams
