- Technical Analysis: Assist with on-chain data analysis utilizing tools such as Dune Analytics, Etherscan, and Google Sheets/Apps Script.
- Process Optimization: Continually identify process gaps, propose scalable improvements, and document standard operating procedures as the product suite evolves.
- Stakeholder Communication: Escalate exceptions or anomalies clearly and promptly to the regional FinOps Lead and relevant internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience in operations, finance, or a related functional area. Experience within the fintech or cryptocurrency sectors is strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is required. Practical experience with scripting (Google Apps Script, Python, or SQL) is considered a significant advantage.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including wallets, transactions, block explorers, and stablecoin mechanics.
- Detail Orientation: A proven track record of producing accurate, error-free work within detail-heavy and process-driven environments.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to navigate ambiguity by asking insightful questions and validating assumptions independently.
- Ownership Mentality: A high degree of initiative, with the ability to take full responsibility for assigned workflows and ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across different time zones and diverse stakeholder groups.
