Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of experience in payments, FinTech, PSPs, acquiring, or technical merchant support environments
  • Hands-on experience with Corefy or similar payment orchestration platforms
  • Strong understanding of payment infrastructure (H2H integrations, APIs, hosted payment pages, 3DS, tokenisation, webhooks) and ability to read API documentation, test endpoints, inspect payloads, and troubleshoot integration flows
  • Experience working directly with merchants or clients in a technical, customer-facing capacity with excellent problem-solving, incident management, and communication skills; fluent English

Requirements:

  • Configure and integrate new acquirers and payment providers into the Corefy-based payment orchestration, including credentials, API access, routing logic, and supported payment methods
  • Guide merchants through go-live processes and API integration, and create/maintain merchant accounts to ensure production readiness
  • Act as primary technical contact post-launch, handling incidents and operational support, and troubleshooting payment processing issues including webhooks, 3DS, and tokenisation challenges
  • Monitor live integrations, proactively identify anomalies and performance risks, collaborate with payment providers to resolve incidents, and maintain clear technical documentation covering integrations, workflows, recurring issues, and support procedures

Job description

Pur client is a fast-growing international payments infrastructure provider helping businesses process transactions globally through a unified API ecosystem. Their platform supports card acquiring, global payouts, and fiat-to-crypto payment flows, serving merchants, marketplaces, and FinTech platforms across multiple markets.

As the business continues to scale, they are looking for an Integration Manager to take ownership of merchant technical onboarding, payment provider integrations via Corefy, and post-live technical support. This is a highly operational, client-facing role where you will work across merchants, payment providers, and internal teams to ensure stable, efficient, and scalable payment processing environments.

🔍 Responsibilities:

  • Configure and integrate new acquirers and payment providers into the payment orchestration environment via Corefy;

  • Set up provider credentials, API access, routing logic, and payment methods within the platform;

  • Create and maintain merchant accounts, ensuring accurate onboarding and production readiness;

  • Guide merchants through technical go-live processes, including API integration and payment setup validation;

  • Advise clients on the most suitable integration models, including Host-to-Host, hosted payment pages, and API-based solutions;

  • Act as the primary technical contact for merchants after launch, handling integration-related incidents and operational support;

  • Troubleshoot payment processing issues, webhook failures, routing inconsistencies, tokenisation challenges, and 3DS-related errors;

  • Collaborate with payment providers and external partners to resolve technical incidents and minimise downtime;

  • Monitor live integrations and proactively identify anomalies, performance risks, or configuration issues;

  • Maintain clear technical documentation covering integrations, workflows, recurring issues, and support procedures/

🎓 Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in payments, FinTech, PSPs, acquiring, or technical merchant support environments;

  • Hands-on experience with Corefy or similar payment orchestration platforms is essential;

  • Strong understanding of payment infrastructure concepts, including H2H integrations, APIs, hosted payment pages, 3DS, tokenisation, and webhooks;

  • Ability to read API documentation, test endpoints, inspect payloads, and troubleshoot integration flows;

  • Experience working directly with merchants or clients in a technical, customer-facing capacity;

  • Excellent problem-solving and incident management skills in fast-paced operational environments;

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders;

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
