Job description

Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Bilingual Case Assistant to support the team. This role plays a critical part in client support and case operations, requiring sound judgment, discretion, and empathy when working with clients who may be under significant stress.

This is an on-site position based in our San Diego, CA office.

Salary:

$25.00-$27.00 per hour

Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.

 

Key Responsibilities

The Big Picture

  • Provide administrative and case support to attorneys and case managers.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate, organized, and up-to-date case files.
  • Support effective communication with clients while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Help ensure deadlines and time-sensitive case needs are met.

 

Specific Tasks

  • Communicate effectively with clients and gather necessary case information with empathy and professionalism.
  • Manage electronic information, including document management and document review.
  • Maintain organization across multiple time-critical projects and deadlines.
  • Utilize case management software (preferably FileVine) and Microsoft/Adobe tools to support daily operations.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • Experience with case management software, preferably FileVine.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely.
