Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs)—including apartments, condos, and townhome communities—continue to be a key focus for IdeaTek as we grow our presence in this space, and we’re looking for a Senior Field Sales Service Representative (MDU) to help us scale and strengthen our presence in this space.
In this role, you’ll focus exclusively on MDU communities, identifying and engaging key decision-makers—including property owners, developers, and REITs—to secure Right of Entry (ROE) agreements. You’ll own the full lifecycle from initial outreach to signed agreement, helping IdeaTek expand access and deepen our footprint in MDU environments.

A Day in the Life
You’ll start your day planning your outreach and reviewing your pipeline—identifying which properties to prioritize and where to focus your time. From there, you’ll be out in the field meeting with property managers, visiting MDU sites, and working to secure access agreements.
Some days you’ll be having strategic conversations with property owners about bringing fiber to their communities. Other days, you’ll be attending local events or connecting with partners to expand IdeaTek’s presence. Throughout it all, you’ll be building relationships and creating opportunities that directly contribute to expanding high-speed internet access across Kansas.
