  • Contribute to graphical and functional QA of developments and assist with back-office content management
  • Document UX/UI deliverables and guidelines, and contribute to the creation and evolution of a Design System

LISAA Design Graphique & Communication Paris recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, dans le domaine de l’assurance et des services digitaux, un(e) UX/UI Designer en contrat d’alternance.

Missions :

Rattaché(e) à l’équipe UX/UI & webanalytics, vous serez chargé(e) de :

  • Concevoir des zonings, wireframes, maquettes et prototypes • Participer à des projets digitaux en méthode agile

  • Contribuer à la recette graphique et fonctionnelle des développements

  • Participer à la gestion de contenus en back-office

  • Animer ou co-animer des ateliers de design thinking avec les équipes internes

  • Participer à la mise en place et à l’analyse de tests utilisateurs (questionnaires, interviews, focus groupes)

  • Réaliser des contenus vidéo simples (montage)

  • Documenter les travaux réalisés (guidelines, livrables UX/UI)

  • Contribuer à la création et à l’évolution d’un Design System

Profil :

Nous recherchons un profil préparant un cursus Bac+5 dans le domaine du design digital, UX/UI design ou communication visuelle.

Compétences :

  • Maîtrise des outils de conception (Figma, suite Adobe : Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro…)

  • Connaissances en HTML/CSS et outils CMS (WordPress, Drupal…)

  • Sensibilité à l’expérience utilisateur et aux enjeux d’accessibilité numérique

  • Compréhension des environnements digitaux (sites web, applications, plateformes)

  • Curiosité et intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies

  • Créativité et sens du détail

  • Esprit d’analyse et capacité de synthèse

  • Bon relationnel et goût du travail en équipe

  • Rigueur et organisation
