Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Solutions, IT Services, or Business Management.
  • Experience managing clients and business operations in the North West Africa region; strong knowledge of cloud technologies and digital transformation solutions.
  • Proven sales, business development, and team management experience; fluent in English and French; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Develop and implement the Cloud Solutions business strategy across North West Africa, driving growth, revenue, and profitability for cloud services and solutions.
  • Identify new market opportunities, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and lead commercial activities including sales pipeline, negotiations, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution, monitor market trends and customer needs, and manage the local cloud solutions team to achieve performance objectives.
  • Prepare regular business reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management and ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As a Territory manager Cloud Solutions, you will:

  • Develop and implement the Cloud Solutions (Nutanix, Veeam ..)business strategy across North west Africa.
  • Drive business growth, revenue, and profitability for cloud services and solutions.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Lead commercial activities including sales pipeline, negotiations, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to adapt business strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and support the local cloud solutions team to achieve performance objectives.
  • EDB EXCLUSIVE DRIVEN BUSINESS to develop end user direct touch.
  • Prepare regular business reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Territory manager Cloud Solutions will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Solutions, IT Services, or Business Management.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and digital transformation solutions.
  • Experience managing clients and business operations in the North West Africa region.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and team management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English and French.
