We’re hiring an Investment Banking Associate to act as the operational backbone of the deal pipeline.
This is not a traditional investment banking role.
There is:
• No heavy financial modeling
• No aggressive client-facing sales pressure
• No deal origination expectations
Instead, this role is focused on:
• Deal pipeline management
• CRM organization
• Follow-ups and execution
• Reporting and operational coordination
• Keeping deals moving forward consistently
You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure every opportunity, follow-up, and task is tracked accurately and executed on time — without anything falling through the cracks.

• Own and manage the deal pipeline inside HubSpot CRM
• Track inbound interest, responses, and ongoing follow-ups
• Maintain accurate:
• Deal stages
• Notes
• Tasks
• Next steps
• Send proactive follow-ups and reminders on slow-moving opportunities
• Manage long sales cycles (6–12+ months) with consistency and organization
• Flag urgent items and ensure leadership stays aligned on priorities
• Maintain and update Excel tracking templates and reports
• Organize and format deal data into clean, professional outputs
• Create:
• Summaries
• Graphs
• Visual reports
• Structured updates
• Support preparation of:
• Client-facing materials
• Pitch content
• Internal reporting
• Coordinate scheduling for meetings, investor calls, and deal discussions
• Ensure no communication or task falls through the cracks
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up cadences
• Provide operational support across deal workflows and internal processes
• Improve organizational structure and reporting consistency
• HubSpot CRM is always clean, organized, and up to date
• Follow-ups happen consistently without reminders from leadership
• No missed communications, tasks, or deal updates
• Excel reports and tracking sheets are accurate and delivered on time
• Leadership has full visibility into pipeline status and priorities
