This is a remote position.

Looking for a creative and digitally savvy communicator to drive Kheyti’s brand presence, content, and marketing operations across channels.

The Opportunity

We are looking to hire a marketing professional with strong visual sensibilities, a sharp eye for design, and strong storytelling skills. This role requires someone who can combine creativity with strategic thinking to strengthen brand communication. The ideal candidate should be able to turn ideas into compelling, high-impact narratives across formats - from social media and digital content to reports, presentations, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design (Canva): Create social media creatives, reports, presentations, and brand assets with strong layout and visual storytelling.

  • Content Writing & Storytelling: Develop content for LinkedIn, website, newsletters, impact reports, case studies, and farmer-impact narratives.

  • AI Tools: Use AI tools for content drafting, design assistance, research, and workflow automation to improve team productivity.

  • Marketing Tools: Work with Mailchimp, Cloudflare, Ozonetel, WATI, WhatsApp bulk messaging, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

  • Marketing Operations: Coordinate content creation, design, and publishing; support campaign execution and digital communication activities.

  • Language Skills (Bonus): Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, or Odia for region-specific content is a strong advantage.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional with a strong eye for design and a passion for storytelling. The ideal candidate can turn ideas into compelling visual and written narratives across digital platforms, reports, and campaigns. They are proficient in Canva, comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, and can balance creativity with execution. They thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are eager to strengthen brand communication through impactful content and campaigns. 

Must-Haves

  • Proficient in Canva with a strong sense of design, layout, and visual communication. 

  • Strong writing skills in English – able to craft compelling narratives and polished long-form content. 

  • Basic understanding of AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Mid Journey, or similar). 

  • Familiarity with some digital/marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, email platforms, or WhatsApp broadcast tools. 

  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with LinkedIn content and/or social media management. 

  • Knowledge of Mailchimp, Cloudflare, Ozonetel, or WATI. 

  • Ability to work in Hindi or another regional language (Telugu, Odia). 

  • Prior experience in an NGO, social enterprise, or agri-sector organization
