About the Role:
Staffing for Doctors is looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Medical Receptionist with ModMed experience to become a vital part of our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our patients while efficiently managing administrative tasks utilizing the ModMed software. You will be the first point of contact, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records. Your proficiency with ModMed will be essential in bringing efficiency to the office operations and enhancing patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and manage patient inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Schedule appointments using ModMed and ensure effective calendar management
  • Update and maintain patient records accurately in the ModMed system
  • Educate patients about services and assist with any pre-visit preparations
  • Facilitate seamless communication between patients, providers, and insurance companies
  • Assist with check-ins and follow-up communications for a smooth patient experience
  • Contribute to the overall management of the medical front desk operations
