Implement and administer our GTM tech stack comprising Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, Chili Piper, LinkedIn, and other industry-standard products.
Influence the strategy of our business technology by suggesting and shaping strategic projects
Drive the utilization and strategic approach to how our Revenue org leverages both internally-developed and third-party AI tools
Mentor more junior team members — helping to upskill them on our team’s technology and guiding them toward best practices
Support business stakeholders in the creation of CRM reporting and dashboards and implement improvements to our CRM data schema where reporting isn’t currently possible
Collaborate with crossfunctional leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement
Implement training programs, documentation, and ongoing support to the GTM team on workflows and tooling
Champion best-in-class data hygiene through strategies like validation rules, manual & automated reviews, and user training
Develop declarative automations (such as Salesforce Flows and n8n) to reduce manual burden on our teams
Create playbooks for seamless, repeatable business processes across broad areas including but not limited to billing & dunning, account provisioning, customer handoffs, and product feedback.
6+ years of experience in sales/revenue/business operations, Salesforce administration, or project management
Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, administration, and reporting
Advanced proficiency with leveraging AI and agents in a revenue context — analysis, personalization, research, enrichment, and systems development
Ability to translate ambiguous, complex business problems into clear requirements and technical solutions
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience mentoring teammates and acting as a player-coach both within the team and cross-functionally
Previous experience in a high-growth, fast-paced B2B software environment
Experience leading complex change management programs across cross-functional teams
Experience managing Salesforce Experience Cloud for PRM
Comfort with integration technologies such as APIs, webhooks, Apex, and Python

Location: US Remote
The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000-$140,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for additional incentives, as well as, benefits.
