Job description

The Scrum Master will run, administer, and organize all scrum activities on multiple Product Component teams in order to deliver high quality solutions that meet defined requirements on time and within budget. The Scrum Master will work closely with all members of the Product Development Teams, Product Management Leadership, Senior IT Leadership, and other members of the Project Management Team to coordinate resources, track and report progress, and implement Initiatives, Epics, and Stories as prioritized by the Product team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitates and supports all Scrum Ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and other team meetings.
Identify, monitor, facilitate, and track the resolution of impediments and risks impacting deliverables. Ensure the timely identification and appropriate resolution of deviations from established plans.
Fosters open communication within the team, product owner, and other stakeholders.
