Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own TNT's content engine end-to-end: newsletters, podcast, LinkedIn content, lead magnets, pillar SEO content, gated content, and case study decks; coordinate with the editing team
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline contributions through organic and paid campaigns: Scaling Secrets newsletter, LinkedIn content, podcast planning, SEO-driven content, and opt-in resources; ensure on-time delivery
  • CRM automation and lifecycle marketing: extend welcome series, segmentation, tagging, and build new opt-in flows for fresh resources
  • Strategy and project delivery: quarterly strategy planning, end-of-quarter reporting, and translating client wins into sales-ready case study decks; collaborate with sales, performance, and leadership to ensure on-time delivery

Tried and True Media (TNT) | Remote | Reports to Director of Sales & Marketing

About TNT

We're a performance marketing agency for DTC brands in supplements and health & wellness. We've generated over $1B in sales for our clients since 2017. We run The Scaling Lab podcast and publish weekly insights on what's actually working in DTC growth.

The role

You own TNT's full agency-side content engine. Every newsletter, podcast episode, LinkedIn post, lead magnet, and case study deck that drives leads into the agency and our pipeline runs through you. This is a builder seat, not a coordinator role — you ship the work, you don't delegate it.

You report to the Director of Sales & Marketing and work closely with our editing team, performance team, and sales pipeline.

What you'll own

Lead generation

  • Scaling Secrets newsletter — writing, sending, growing the list

  • LinkedIn organic content and paid ads

  • Pillar SEO content and gated content offers

  • Lead magnet production end-to-end

Podcast (The Scaling Lab)

  • Episode planning, guest pipeline, outlines

  • Final QA on edited episodes before publish

  • Social clip selection and review

  • Thumbnails, descriptions, blog versions, cross-platform scheduling

  • Editing itself is handled by our editing team — not your responsibility.

CRM & automation

  • Extending our welcome series, segmentation, and tagging

  • Building new opt-in flows for fresh resources

Strategy & operations

  • Quarterly strategy planning and end-of-quarter reporting

  • Marketing project on-time delivery

  • Synthesizing client wins from the performance team into sales-ready case study decks

What you'll be measured on

  • SQLs delivered to the sales team

  • Pipeline contribution from campaigns (organic and paid)

  • Newsletter list growth

  • Project on-time delivery

Must-haves

  • 3+ years marketing experience, ideally agency or DTC

  • Professional written English fluency — you'll write copy across the website, newsletter, LinkedIn, gated content, and ad creative

  • Spoken English clarity sufficient for sync and async work with a US-based team

  • Demonstrated end-to-end campaign ownership — you've taken initiatives from strategy through execution to measurable outcomes, not just supported pieces of someone else's plan

  • Performance marketing literacy — you understand conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and the marketing-to-sales funnel without needing to be taught, and you attribute your work to outcomes, not just activity

  • AI fluency in content workflow — ChatGPT or Claude is part of your daily process, not an experiment

  • Cross-functional fluency — you've worked across sales, product, performance, or leadership stakeholders and can coordinate without hand-holding

  • Project management discipline — you keep multiple workstreams on schedule

Nice-to-haves

  • DTC supplement, health & wellness, or wellness brand experience

  • Direct response / VSL funnel experience

  • Custom GPTs, prompt libraries, or AI workflows you've built (not just used)

  • CRM hands-on with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce — automations, tagging, opt-in flows

  • Sales or BDR background

  • Podcast or video editing skills (useful as backup)

Hours: Part-time to Full-time Opportunity, 8:00am-5:00pm EST
