About Firebolt

Analytical databases are moving deeper into the software stack. This is accelerated by agentic AI: teams building on top of analytical databases are more technical, and modern data intensive products demand more of these systems than traditional BI and reporting workloads. We believe the next generation of data infrastructure requires zero compromises: open-source, scale-out, cloud-native, and capable of handling both batch and real-time with the speed agentic AI demands. This is what we’re building in Firebolt - an extremely efficient, Postgres-compliant analytical database. We architected it to provide maximum performance at the lowest operational complexity in any setting, running as a single binary on a laptop, or as a cluster of hundreds of nodes in your cloud or data center. About the role

Firebolt is building a support team with talented members. As part of our team in Bengaluru, India you can have a major impact on Firebolt's product. We are focused on providing technical assistance and support to customers.

You will need to be able to quickly diagnose problems and provide solutions, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues to help identify trends and improve overall customer experience.


Your responsibilities

  • Help Build AI support infrastructure.
  • Support existing customers when AI agents cannot.
  • Conduct technical discovery, POVs, and architecture deep-dives with prospects.
  • Own the technical win - benchmarks, migrations, and proof points that hold up under scrutiny.
  • Be the trusted voice in the room when customers are evaluating us.
  • Feed real customer signal back into product.
