Why we need you
Maltego US Fed is scaling, and our US finance operations need a hands-on accounting professional to own the day-to-day accounting activities for the US entity.
You will be responsible for executing and improving defined accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial data, and supporting a timely month-end closing. You will work closely with the global finance team to ensure a clean audit trail and scalable finance operations across a multi-entity SaaS organization.
What to expect
Own day‑to‑day US accounting activities, including general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations in NetSuite
Perform an accurate and timely month‑end close in NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal controls
Manage and review AP/AR processes, including invoice processing, payment runs, expense reporting, and aging reviews
Support internal and external audits by preparing reports
Partner with the Finance team on ad‑hoc GL tasks and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
Your profile in short
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2 – 4 years of accounting experience in a US‑based environment
Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite is a plus) and MS Excel
Knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus
Experience supporting accounting in a multi‑entity and/or international SaaS environment
Authorized to work in the United States
