Job description

Continuous Improvement Engineer – Be the Catalyst for Change

Are you a high-energy change-maker with a passion for driving real results? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where data, process, and performance meet? Arclin is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead transformative initiatives that fuel our performance and innovation engine. This is your chance to make a tangible impact across a dynamic manufacturing organization—empowering teams, elevating processes, and unlocking measurable value.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll take ownership of our Lean Six Sigma (LSS) program—coaching, training, and guiding team members across functions to solve complex problems and drive breakthrough improvements. If you're motivated by momentum, thrive on building relationships, and love the thrill of identifying and seizing improvement opportunities in real time, we want to meet you.

Reports to: Director of Manufacturing Excellence
Location: Remote (up to 50% travel required)

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a Culture Builder: Champion continuous improvement by mentoring sponsors, process owners, and project teams. Inspire a culture of curiosity, agility, and operational excellence.
  • Lead Boldly: Drive end-to-end Lean and Six Sigma projects using DMAIC, A3, and Rapid Improvement methodologies (Kaizen events). You’ll be the spark behind process breakthroughs.
  • Coach and Elevate: Deliver engaging LSS training and hands-on coaching for belt candidates and improvement teams. Build internal capability and grow future leaders.
  • Create Impact, Fast: Use data-driven analysis and root cause tools to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and optimize performance.
  • Measure What Matters: Track program progress, certification milestones, and savings metrics. Translate outcomes into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Problem-Solve Proactively: Facilitate structured problem-solving sessions with plant leaders and cross-functional teams. Turn blockers into breakthroughs.
  • Deliver Results: Lead projects that produce real-world, annualized savings and performance gains across our operations.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in process engineering—manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Formal Lean Six Sigma training or experience with expertise in Lean & Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proven success leading Kaizens and Six Sigma projects with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills: data analysis, root cause analysis, process mapping.
  • Excellent communicator and natural collaborator—able to influence at every level.
  • Comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and tight timelines.
  • Driven, resourceful, and ready to hit the ground running.

Why Join Arclin?

This is more than a role—it's a mission. You’ll be part of a passionate, driven team making a lasting impact across our organization. In return, we offer competitive compensation, the flexibility of remote work, and the opportunity to be at the forefront of transformation within a company that values innovation, ownership, and results.
