  • Build a pipeline of clinicians by actively sourcing and engaging with qualified candidates while fostering strong relationships.
  • Communicate assignment and benefits details accurately to field staff throughout the recruitment process, including Ingenovis Health specifics, to minimize cancellations.
  • Actively place qualified clinicians with existing and new clients nationwide while maintaining an updated database.
  • Achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
  • Build and foster professional relationships with healthcare clinicians, serving as a career counselor and placement advisor throughout their employment.
  • Negotiate contract terms and compensation packages with clinicians.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clinicians and Ingenovis Health, guiding them through the hiring and onboarding process and resolving issues efficiently.
