Job description

Our client is a prominent Australian company that offers innovative storage solutions. Known for their proactive and team-oriented culture, they are dedicated to operational excellence and providing high-quality service to their commercial and retail customers.

They are now seeking to hire a Data and Operations Analyst to support the smooth running of key operational processes. The purpose of this role is to manage removalist bookings, reconcile partner invoicing, and provide essential data and administrative support to the wider team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine reconciliation of interstate and removalist partner invoicing.
  • Ensure removalist jobs are booked and running smoothly.
  • Process retail and commercial bookings, including new bookings and re-deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records for existing and new customers using in-house systems.
  • Assist with the processing of customer payments, including monthly storage fees, insurance, and packing supplies.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce errors and improve efficiency in the interstate process.
  • Perform daily error checks to maintain a high standard of data accuracy across all systems.
  • Monitor and track customer reviews across key review sites.
