Senior Graphic Designer (Remote)

KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a leading property management firm in Dubai, is currently hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our creative projects.

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Kaizen, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand and property offerings. You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop creative concepts, and bring them to life through various design mediums.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and impactful designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website layouts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand guidelines and objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to ensure our designs are current and visually engaging.
• Work closely with printers and external vendors to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
• Review and provide feedback on design deliverables from junior designers or external agencies when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience in creating designs for both print and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Remote work experience is preferred.
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
