Requirements:

Lead and participate in two campus projects, First Gen and Dare To Do More, focusing on attracting Gen Z and optimizing recruitment, pre-boarding and onboarding at PepsiCo
Act as a matchmaker between candidates and potential PepsiCo careers, persuading candidates of a PepsiCo job
Help build and run the Intern Community, including organizing workshops, creating the intern newsletter, and coordinating informal events
Support recruitment efforts and contribute to a meaningful, impactful internship experience and community engagement

Every 6 months, PepsiCo BeNeLux welcomes new talent just like you. Our internship program for (near-)graduates offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands-on experience. Together with your future manager, make a difference in our 2 biggest campus projects (First Gen and Dare To Do More): How to attract Gen Z? How to make the recruitment, pre-boarding and onboarding at PepsiCo the best experience?

Act as a real matchmaker between a candidate and their possible future career within PepsiCo. You can't wait to convince them of a PepsiCo job!

Aside from thinking about how to best recruit the next generation, you also spend time on the Intern Community. From organizing workshops & creating the intern newsletter to having informal events, the Intern Community offers opportunities to learn, connect and share your experiences at PepsiCo.

Qualifications:

You are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
