Pepsi, Lay’s, Quaker, Doritos — hungry for more than just great flavors?

Every 6 months, PepsiCo BeNeLux welcomes new talent just like you. Our internship program for (near-)graduates offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands-on experience. It’s not just on-the-job learning, but a chance to develop both personally and professionally.

Join our group of around 30 interns and become part of a community where your voice and perspective matter.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting activities within the HR department including personnel and salary administration
First point of contact for the employees within the plant
Organize internal activities related to Rewards & Recognition, Vitality and Happiness at Work
Support the recruitment process
Gain insight into the absenteeism process and reintegration
Participate in various HR-related projects

Qualifications:

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

HBO/WO students with an affinity towards HR, Business Administration, International Business, Psychology or Management
You are fluent in Dutch (Fluent in English is a plus)
Someone proactive with good communication skills
Open for team work but also able to take initiative
A person with hands-on mentality
Currently in the final phase of studies or max 3 months after starting an internship to complete studies.
