Operations at Castlery makes it all work — streamlining processes and elevating every customer touchpoint.

This is a 1-year contract, fully remote role based in Johor, Malaysia, supporting our US logistics operations during night shifts (9pm to 6am MYT).

What you'll be doing:

  • Monitor and manage inbound-related costs such as detention, demurrage, and customs fees while ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
  • Oversee outbound operations by preparing shipping labels, monitoring daily pickups, coordinating with carriers, and resolving delivery delays, exceptions, or escalations
  • Act as a key point of contact for delivery-related inquiries, working closely with CX, customers, and partners to resolve issues such as lost or damaged orders
  • Manage the end-to-end returns process, including scheduling pickups, tracking shipments, coordinating warehouse receipt, and ensuring accurate system updates
  • Identify trends in return reasons, flag recurring issues, and support CX with timely updates and exception handling
  • Analyze logistics and delivery data to identify root causes, improve cost efficiency and service levels, and support ongoing operational improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records across inbound, outbound, and returns workflows
  • Support continuous improvement projects and other tasks as assigned.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and handle fast-paced operational challenges effectively

Good to Have:

  • Proficiency in advanced Excel or data analysis tools for operational reporting and insights
  • Familiarity with ERP, TMS, and WMS systems, as well as e-commerce fulfilment processes
  • Experience with returns management systems or reverse logistics workflows
  • Prior experience working night shifts and/or in remote or distributed team environments
