ABOUT THE ROLE
The Commercial Learning and Development Manager is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness, capability, and growth of the commercial organization. This role creates, implements, and delivers engaging learning experiences that build selling skills, leadership capability, product knowledge, and commercial acumen. The Manager partners closely with the commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service, and Pricing & Revenue Growth) to assess learning needs, design impactful solutions, and deliver programs that drive business results.
This position requires strong content development skills, facilitation excellence, manager skill-development experience, and proficiency in e-learning design β especially using Articulate Rise. The ideal candidate is agile, creative, and deeply sales-focused, with the ability to translate business needs into learner-centered training solutions.
