Job description

The Claims Adjuster manages complex and high-severity insurance claims across assigned lines of business. Provides advanced technical expertise, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and supports training and mentoring of junior staff.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, supported by more than five years of progressive claims handling expertise.

  • Extensive knowledge of insurance regulations and claim management systems, ensuring compliant and efficient claim administration.

  • Demonstrated strengths in analytical problem solving, strategic negotiation, and professional communication.

  • Industry certifications preferred (e.g., AIC, CPCU).

Pay Range:

$18.00 - $20.00 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
