We are a web app that matches businesses from around the world with the best-fit talents using an AI-driven algorithm. Since our founding in 2020, we’ve completed 14,000+ tasks for 4,000+ clients, including Reface, Lift99, SilviaTerra, Y Combinator startups, and various VC funds.

Now Hiring: Account Executive to become the vibrant face of our sales team, skillfully conducting demos and closing deals.

Location: Latin America; must overlap at least 6 hours with Pacific time.

🧑‍💻 What You'll Do:

  • Conduct engaging and persuasive demos, effectively communicating the value of our platform to prospective clients.

  • Own a full-cycle outbound sales motion, from cold prospecting and account research to closing.

  • Represent our brand values and ethos in all customer interactions, acting as the primary point of contact and the face of Awesomic.

  • Innovate and implement new strategies for client acquisition and retention, enhancing our sales approach.

🧑‍🚀 About You:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive with a strong outbound focus and experience closing enterprise deals.

  • Comfortable sourcing your own leads and opening conversations with cold prospects.

  • Confident selling to founders and senior decision-makers in a B2B environment.

  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in the US market.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and sales automation tools.

  • Fluent English and clear, persuasive communication.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high accountability and autonomy.
