  • Lead strategic alignment and progress review meetings with clients.

  • Monitor and interpret campaign performance data across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

🎯 Essa pessoa será a principal interface entre cliente e operação, atuando de forma consultiva para equilibrar performance e branding, garantindo entregas de qualidade, cumprimento de prazos e evolução contínua das contas.

💼 Principais responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar carteira de clientes, garantindo qualidade e evolução das entregas
  • Conduzir reuniões estratégicas de alinhamento e acompanhamento
  • Estruturar planejamento de marketing (personas, conteúdos, concorrência)
  • Acompanhar e interpretar dados de campanhas (Google Ads e Meta Ads)
  • Gerenciar fluxos e demandas via Asana
  • Apoiar integrações e melhorias em CRM e automações (RD Station)
  • Traduzir posicionamento de marca em ações estratégicas de marketing
  • Analisar indicadores de performance (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversão)
  • Monitorar métricas de satisfação (NPS, CSAT, Healthscore)
  • Garantir organização e atualização de materiais e informações dos clientes
