  • Experience handling tax and financial documents (CNPJ and CNAE) and approving payments
  • Proficiency in client communication (email, phone, online meetings) and using reporting systems like SALIC and SECEC

Requirements:

  • Study and apply the main Incentive Laws (Culture and Sports) to ensure transparent and responsible resource use
  • Attend clients via email, phone, and online meetings, providing guidance and support
  • Analyze data for payment releases (CNPJ and CNAE), verify fiscal documents, and approve payments
  • Organize, file, and update documents in the network and prepare/enter accountability reports in SALIC and SECEC

Você fará parte de uma equipe que atua com Leis de Incentivo, garantindo que cada recurso seja usado com transparência e responsabilidade. Seu trabalho será essencial para que projetos sejam aprovados, executados e prestados com segurança.

  • Estudar e aplicar as principais Leis de Incentivo (Cultura e Esporte).
  • Atender clientes por e-mail, telefone e reuniões online.
  • Analisar dados para liberação de pagamentos (CNPJ e CNAEs).
  • Conferir documentos fiscais e liberar para pagamento.
  • Solicitar documentos e extratos bancários e acompanhar despesas.
  • Organizar, arquivar e atualizar documentos na rede.
  • Preparar e inserir prestações de contas em sistemas como SALIC e SECEC.
