Essa pessoa será responsável por desenvolver e potencializar a performance dos executivos de vendas, garantindo a evolução dos resultados e a eficiência da operação comercial.

Buscamos alguém com forte experiência em vendas consultivas de tecnologia, perfil analítico e capacidade de atuar tanto na gestão quanto na execução estratégica da área.

🧾Principais responsabilidades:

  • Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar o time de Account Executives
  • Garantir o atingimento das metas comerciais e evolução da performance do time
  • Atuar no desenvolvimento e contratação de novos vendedores
  • Acompanhar indicadores de performance (KPIs) e gerar insights para melhoria contínua
  • Identificar gargalos e propor melhorias nos processos comerciais
  • Garantir a aplicação da metodologia de vendas
  • Apoiar negociações estratégicas e vendas consultivas
  • Contribuir com visão estratégica sobre mercado, oportunidades e operação
