We’re currently hiring a Guest Experience Specialist (French & English Speaker) to help us deliver world-class support to our guests.

As the voice of GuestReady, you’ll play a key role in creating smooth, memorable guest experiences by:

  • Delivering exceptional support via chat, phone, and email

  • Troubleshooting common technical issues like Wi-Fi resets

  • Ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

  • Keeping accurate records in our internal systems

🎯 What You Bring

  • Fluency in French & English (written and spoken) - Spanish is a Plus

  • Based in Morocco with freelancer work eligibility

  • Experience in hospitality, customer support, or similar roles

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings/weekends when needed
