Role –Net Developer (Junior) /Role no 19 to 21
Number of Positions: Three (3)
Location: Offsite, (Must be within the Island of Ireland or an EU Country)

Mandatory Requirements (Pass/Fail)
1. Experience Level Required
It is a mandatory requirement that the Resource proposed has the equivalent of senior level (1 to 3 years) experience
2. Availability on Commencement Date
The resource must be available to provide services from the commencement date of the services estimated to be 1st July 2026.
3. English Language Proficiency
Native English speaker OR
CEFR C2 Proficiency/Mastery (or equivalent)
If there is no certificate, fluency will be assessed at presentation stage
Role Specifications and Requirements
1. Key Deliverables
The following, non-exhaustive list of Key Deliverables, are applicable to this Role.
· Designs, develops, modifies, supports and implements software programming applications, components and patterns.
· Works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of process flow.
· Designs, codes and tests new web/cloud software applications.
· Works in a Hybrid Software Development Methodology
2. Key Experience/Competencies/Skillsets
The following Experience/Competencies/Skillsets are applicable to this Role. The CV for the proposed Resource as set out in the Response Document must clearly and comprehensively demonstrate the Resource’s proven experience with the following:
· C# and Asp.Net fundamentals with Web API for building RESTful APIs with JSON, Entity Framework, or equivalent.
· Git, or equivalent, for source control (branching, merging, pull requests)
· Azure Devops, or equivalent, working with repositories, backlog and work items
· Visual Studio, or equivalent, for development and debugging.
· Working with Azure SQL Server, or equivalent, relational databases.
· Ability to follow coding standards and best practices.
