Experience in bookkeeping and accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable, supplier bill processing, bank reconciliations, and invoicing
Proficiency with Xero (payroll, superannuation, projects, timesheets, reconciliations, quotes, invoices, and bills) and Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
Strong data entry, document generation, and digital filing skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work remotely from Australia on a part-time basis with good communication and a mindset for identifying process improvements
