Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable, supplier bill processing, bank reconciliations, and invoicing
  • Proficiency with Xero (payroll, superannuation, projects, timesheets, reconciliations, quotes, invoices, and bills) and Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong data entry, document generation, and digital filing skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work remotely from Australia on a part-time basis with good communication and a mindset for identifying process improvements
