Job description

Position Summary

Phileo Shared Services is seeking an IT Systems & Operations Specialist to serve as a key Technology Manager for our partner Christian schools. This is a dynamic mid-level role designed for a technical professional ready to transition from general support into advanced systems administration.

Operating at the heart of our Shared Services team, you will manage the essential "backbone" of school technology—from device deployment and network health to security protocols. While you will have significant autonomy over your assigned schools, you will also benefit from direct mentorship and professional development under the guidance of our Senior IT Specialists.


Key Responsibilities

  • Device & Deployment Management: Manage the full lifecycle of student and faculty hardware to ensure devices are configured, updated, and secure.

Education & Professional Requirements

  • Project & People Management: Ability to manage vendors and coordinate with school staff to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong personal relationship skills with a "service-first" mentality toward faculty and students.
  • Adaptability: A desire to learn and grow through mentorship, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced school environment.
