  • Proven track record in an Account management role within the fashion, sports lifestyle or FMCG industries.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills to build close relationships.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Polish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel; SAP knowledge and basic BI understanding are preferred.

Requirements:

  • Drive revenue to exceed sales and margin targets by implementing the defined sales strategy for the territory.
  • Introduce products/brands, conduct collection presentations, coordinate marketing concepts, and drive new customer acquisition and expansion into additional sales channels.
  • Review key business metrics regularly and translate insights into concrete actions for improvement.
  • Work closely with sales management and the customer service team; participate in other relevant activities and projects as required.

Job description

The Job

We are entering an exciting new phase in Eastern Europe as we shift from an indirect model to a direct to retail approach. With a solid foundation already in place, this transition represents our next step toward deeper market presence and stronger commercial execution. As we build our new team, we are looking for two Account Managers for Poland and Baltics to accelerate our growth, strengthen existing customer relationships, and expand our footprint across multiple market segments.

The Account Manager drives revenue to exceed both sales and margin targets. The Account Manager is required to build stronger relationships with our existing clients and pro-actively explore new commercial opportunities that add value to our brands.

Your Mission

  • Responsible for the commercial success of the territory by introducing our products and brands by implementing defined sales strategy.
  • Collection presentations, monthly, quarterly and annual meetings, and coordination of marketing concepts;
  • New customer acquisition and expanding into additional sales channels;
  • Review key business metrics on a regular basis and turn the insights into concrete steps for improvement;
  • Close cooperation with the sales management and the customer service team;
  • Other occurring relevant activities and/or projects.

Your Talent

•    You have a proven track record in a Account management role within the Fashion, Sports lifestyle or the FMCG industry;
•    Strong negotiation and networking skills to build close relationships;
•    Strong team player with a solution focused approach and a high-quality standard of execution and delivery. Ability to thrive in a small, close-knit sales team;
•    Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Polish, any additional language is considered as a plus;
•    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel ( and knowledge of SAP is preferred as well as basic knowledge in BI);
•    A passionate self-starter with drive;
•    Results-oriented, proactive and problem-solving;
•    Strong presentation skills and an excellent communicator;
•    Confident and personable with the ability to build relationships quickly;
•    Good knowledge of the retail environment and needs of retailers.


This role is based in Warsaw, Poland. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
