Roles & Responsibilities

Located in the United States and within a 2-hour drive of one of the target airports (JAX, CHS, OMA, CLE, PVD, ONT, LGB, SFO, BDL, MKE)
Owns a mobile device (iOS or Android) capable of recording screen and taking photos
Available to commit 8-10 hours on a single day (ASAP) for a one-day on-site test
Willing to walk through airport routes using in-app navigation and submit recordings and a survey

Requirements:

Walk through arrival routes to evaluate how well the app guides users from public areas to ride-share pickup points
Walk from the security exit to the ride-share pickup location using in-app map navigation
Record the device screen, and capture screenshots and photos of the airport
Submit recordings and complete a post-task survey

Job description

Hi there! We’re Testlio, a trusted global software testing company that partners with some of the world’s leading brands. We are looking for testers based in the US who can visit an airport for a one-time on-site test (no flight required). This is a new an exciting testing opportunity involving a globally known ride sharing app! ✈️

Requirements:
Anyone in the USA who lives within 2h drive of any of the target airports.
-Florida: JAX - Jacksonville
-South Carolina: CHS - Charleston
-Nebraska: OMA - Omaha
-Ohio: CLE - Cleveland - Ohio
-Rhode Island: PVD - Providence
-California: ONT - Ontario, LGB - Long Beach, SFO - San Francisco
-Connecticut: BDL - Hartford
-Wisconsin: MKE - Milwaukee

Device needed: iOS or Android mobile
Availability: As soon as possible. This is a one-day task with an expected commitment of 8-10 hours. We recommend keeping your day open to allow for flexibility if needed.
Pay rate: In addition to your hourly rate ($18), you’ll be compensated for transportation to the airport (mileage, parking, or ride share).

What You Will Do:
You’ll simply walk through arrival routes and help us evaluate how well our client’s app guides users from public areas, outside security, to ride share pickup points. It’s simple, flexible, and a great way to contribute to improving real travel experiences.

-You will walk from the security exit to the Uber pickup location using in-app map navigation. You will need record the screen and provide screenshots and pictures of the airport.
-After completing, You will need to submit the recordings and answer a survey.
