Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with global payroll, HR technology, or BPO is a plus
Proficiency with financial systems and data analysis tools (Excel, ERP, BI)
Requirements:
Support and improve global financial operations for the organization
Analyze global financial data and metrics to drive insights
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of transactional processes across regions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, accounting, payroll, operations) to implement process improvements and reporting
