Job description

We are looking for an PROACTIVEDEPENDABLE, and STRATEGIC team member to work across the business units. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managed carrier relationships across North Asia (Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan)
  • Developed and executed procurement strategies for major networking equipment and accessories by partnering with internal business units on upcoming and long-term projects
  • Prepared and presented weekly and monthly P&L management reports to support business decision-making.
  • Monitored and optimized inventory management, including equipment stock levels, inventory amortization, and storage cost control.
  • Built and expanded vendor channels for networking equipment and accessories, including vendor due diligence and commercial cost negotiations.
  • Identified operational process gaps and implemented timely corrective actions to improve efficiency
  • Ensured full compliance with company standards, internal controls, and operational procedures
  • Established and optimized team organizational structure to support business growth
  • Maintained strong customer and partner relationships within the global networking ecosystem
  • Other tasks as deemed appropriate by the Director.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual of English (reading, writing, speaking, listening) is a preferred.
  • Experience in telecom, data center, or cloud industry.
  • Degree graduate in business administration, inventory management, finance, or related field.
  • 8 years of related working experience in similar roles.
  • Possess excellent computer skills.
  • Well organized, detail oriented, and responsible.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.

 

Additional Information:

Work Location: Hong Kong, Korea or Japan (open to being based in any of these locations)

Job Type: Regular

Benefit Eligibility: Yes

Salary: Compensation package will be commensurate with experience.
