What you can expect

We’re looking for an Italian speaking Commercial Account Executive to join our growing team in Ireland, supporting the Italian market. In this role, you’ll build long-term relationships commercial customers, acting as a trusted partner throughout their journey. You’ll work closely with Italian-speaking clients to identify their needs and help them modernize the way they communicate and collaborate. The ideal candidate brings experience selling Unified Communications (UC) and/or Contact Center solutions and enjoys engaging with customers, uncovering opportunities, and closing impactful deals.

What we’re looking for

  • Have experience of selling to the Italian market at a Commercial level.

  • Have 3-5 years direct commercial sales experience in a CX, UCaaS or CCaaS environment

  • Be native in Italian and fluent in English

  • Have strong capabilities in business forecasting, pipeline development, and account management

  • Have a track record of client satisfaction, consistent performance, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners

  • Have the ability to conduct product pitch and deliver strategic relevant messaging tailored to each sector audiences

  • Have extensive experience selling sophisticated solutions to commercial enterprises
