What You'll Do

As our Regional Sale Manager for LATAM, you'll be the driving force behind our regional expansion, building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth across diverse markets. Your role will be challenging, rewarding, and full of opportunities to make a significant impact. Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Business Development – Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the LATAM region, building a robust pipeline of prospects in security, retail, transportation, and other key verticals.

Regional Market Leadership – Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to local market conditions, regulatory requirements, and cultural considerations across Latin American countries.

Partnership Development – Establish and nurture relationships with system integrators, distributors, resellers, and technology partners to expand our market reach and accelerate growth.

Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their security challenges and demonstrating how our AI analytics solutions address their specific needs.

Market Intelligence – Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and emerging opportunities to inform product development and business strategy decisions.

Revenue Growth – Own regional sales targets and work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project implementations and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Hard Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Location: Must be based in the Latin American region
  • Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in the software B2B sales

  • Sales Track Record – Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
