Healthcare Assistant (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Description

We are a US-based company seeking medically trained staff to support healthcare practices remotely.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work directly with our clients healthcare providers and medical professionals (including OBGYN practices) based in the USA.

We help our clients improve workflow, save time, and reduce the burden of documentation and administrative tasks. A Healthcare Assistant can also support both front-office and back-office functions, including patient care coordination and medical documentation.

Requirements

You will be successful in this role if you have the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Medical Receptionist, or Medical Scribe
  • HIPAA Certified (mandatory)
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Experience with medical scribing, charting, and patient care support
  • Experience working in or supporting OBGYN practices (preferred)
  • You can speak and write well in English
  • You are proficient with medical terminologies and healthcare practices
  • You can connect with a variety of people and build rapport
  • You have good attention to detail, especially in written reports
  • You are comfortable with virtual technologies and can quickly learn

Technical Requirements

  • Internet speed must be at least 10mbps download and at least 3mbps upload
  • Have reliable computer hardware and software (will be verified by our tech team)
  • Have a webcam and headset
