Requirements:

  • Build, optimize, and manage marketing automation workflows (nurture sequences, drip campaigns, triggered workflows) and lead scoring models; ensure CRM alignment with sales
  • Plan and execute email campaigns across platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo); perform A/B tests; optimize subject lines, copy, CTAs; ensure responsive, on-brand emails
  • Maintain clean, organized marketing databases; manage segmentation, deduplication, and compliance; ensure data privacy and effective lead routing with Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, or Zoho
  • Monitor performance, track metrics (opens, CTR, conversions, revenue impact), build dashboards (HubSpot/Marketo, Power BI/Tableau), and drive continuous optimization and ROI improvements

About the Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to build, optimize, and scale automated marketing campaigns, email workflows, and lead generation systems.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll own:

  • Marketing automation workflows
  • Lead scoring & segmentation
  • Email campaign performance
  • CRM alignment with sales

What You’ll Own

Marketing Automation & Workflows

  • Build and optimize:
    • Nurture sequences
    • Drip campaigns
    • Triggered workflows
  • Design and implement lead scoring models
  • Test and troubleshoot workflow logic to ensure flawless execution

Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Build and launch campaigns using:
    • HubSpot
    • Marketo
    • Pardot / Account Engagement
    • ActiveCampaign / Klaviyo
  • A/B test:
    • Subject lines
    • Copy
    • CTAs
  • Ensure emails are:
    • Responsive
    • On-brand
    • Conversion-focused

CRM & Sales Alignment

  • Sync automation platforms with:
    • Salesforce
    • HubSpot CRM
    • Zoho
  • Ensure clean lead routing and fast handoffs
  • Track campaign → pipeline → revenue attribution
  • Work closely with sales to improve lead quality

Data Management & Segmentation

  • Maintain clean, organized marketing databases
  • Remove duplicates and inactive contacts
  • Build advanced segments based on:
    • Behavior
    • Industry
    • Persona
    • Lifecycle stage
  • Ensure compliance with:
    • GDPR
    • CAN-SPAM
    • CCPA

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key metrics:
    • Open rate
    • CTR
    • Conversions
    • Revenue impact
  • Build dashboards in:
    • HubSpot / Marketo
    • Power BI / Tableau
  • Turn data into clear, actionable insights

Optimization & Growth

  • Continuously improve campaign performance
  • Test new workflows, targeting, and messaging
  • Stay updated on automation tools and best practices
  • Recommend system improvements to increase ROI

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience with:
    • Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign)
  • Hands-on experience with:

  • Strong skills in:
