About the Role
As a MuleSoft Technical Lead Consultant / Architect, you will be the primary authority and face of Datacom’s MuleSoft capability for key customer engagements. You’ll lead discovery workshops, architecture definition, and solution direction, while also providing hands‑on technical leadership and people leadership within delivery teams. This role is for a Senior Integration Leader — someone customers can trust, who teams will follow, and projects can rely on.
This is a hybrid role that brings together:
- Consulting & technical pre‑sales
- Enterprise integration architecture
- MuleSoft leadership
- Java & Spring Boot engineering expertise
- Account and client relationship ownership
If you enjoy owning outcomes end‑to‑end — from first conversation through to solution delivery and team leadership — this role is for you!

Architecture & Solution Design
- Design enterprise‑scale MuleSoft architectures aligned to API‑led connectivity principles.
- Define integration strategies covering system, process, and experience APIs.

Broader Integration & Cloud Exposure
- Apply experience across other integration technologies where helpful, including:
- Azure Integration Services
- AWS integration patterns and services
