Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage staff rosters aligned with client requirements.
  • Allocate shifts, manage replacements, and handle last-minute changes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain service continuity.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate operational reports.
  • Support recruitment administration and compliance documentation.
  • Use rostering systems (e.g., Deputy or similar) and Microsoft tools.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination.
  • Strong administrative and reporting skills.
  • Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with rostering platforms (e.g., Deputy or similar).
  • Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to compliance-driven environments (NDIS experience preferred).
  • Background in BPO, contact centers, or workforce planning.
