The candidate partners closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Aftermarket, Engineering, as well as ERP Architecture and RTX Enterprise DT team to ensure systems deliver robust support across the full product lifecycle—from development and production (OEM) through sustainment and service (Aftermarket).

The role is critical to enabling predictable production, material availability and allocation, overhaul shop performance, lifecycle support, and overall supply chain resiliency.

This role will be pivotal in guiding our SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and ensuring seamless integration across the enterprise landscape. The candidate will be an integral team member for large and small-scale advanced planning tool implementations as well as supporting existing SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the multi‑year digital roadmap for planning and supply chain capabilities across OEM and Aftermarket operations.

- Lead the DT ERP COE teams responsible for Advanced Planning Systems, SAP ERP planning modules, MRP, master scheduling, materials management, and S&OP/IBP solutions as well as supplier portal applications.

- Partner with OEM Operations, Aftermarket Operations, and Supply Chain leadership to define standardized processes and technology solutions supporting production, overhaul, repair, and service operations.

- Oversee the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of planning systems across multiple business units, ensuring strong performance for OEM production scheduling and Aftermarket shop planning.

- Drive improvements to forecast accuracy, material availability, capacity planning, shop scheduling, and end‑to‑end supply chain execution.

- Ensure APS and SAP ERP capabilities support multiple demand types including OEM production, spares, overhaul variability, and lifecycle sustainment.

- Lead governance and data quality efforts for planning and supply chain master data, planning parameters, BOMs, routings, and other foundational elements.

- Manage a portfolio of digital initiatives, ensuring effective prioritization, resource alignment, and execution across OEM and Aftermarket stakeholders.

- Champion advanced technologies such as AI/ML forecasting, predictive analytics, digital twins, and automation to improve responsiveness and decision-making across the supply chain.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of product owners, analysts, and technical specialists.

- Represent Planning & Supply Chain Digital Technology in P&W and RTX governance forums and transformation programs.

Qualifications You Must Have:

-  Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field and 12+ years of experience in Digital Technology, Supply Chain, Planning Systems, or Operations; OR an Advanced degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field and 10+ years of experience in Digital Technology, Supply Chain, Planning Systems, or Operations.

- Proven experience overseeing large teams (9+ employees plus contractors).

- Strong understanding of OEM production and Aftermarket overhaul/repair planning and supply chain needs.

- Deep expertise in APS, ERP planning modules, MRP, master scheduling, materials management, and S&OP/IBP.

- Experience supporting complex, multi‑site OEM and/or Aftermarket operations.

- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale digital transformation programs.

- U.S. Citizenship is required (required due to Government contractual requirements).

Qualifications We Prefer:

- Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Supply Chain/IS/Engineering).

- Experience within Pratt & Whitney, Collins, or other RTX business units.

- Familiarity with predictive analytics, AI/ML, and planning parameter optimization.
