We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team, specializing in hospitality brands. This role is ideal for someone who understands the visual language of premium experiences and can translate brand identity into compelling design assets across digital and physical platforms. You will play a key role in shaping how our hospitality offerings are perceived, ensuring consistency, creativity, and high-quality execution in every touchpoint.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually engaging designs for hospitality brands, including restaurants, hotels, cafés, and lifestyle spaces.
  • Create marketing collaterals such as social media creatives, digital ads, brochures, menus, presentations, and in-store branding.
  • Collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual outputs.
  • Design assets for both online and offline channels, ensuring adaptability across formats and platforms.
  • Work on photo editing, retouching, and composition using Adobe Photoshop to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Stay updated with design trends, especially within the hospitality and lifestyle industry, to bring fresh and innovative ideas.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Visual Design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with hands-on experience in image editing, manipulation, and digital artwork creation.
  • Good working knowledge of other design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is a plus.
  • Ability to translate brand briefs into visually appealing and impactful designs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, especially suited to premium and hospitality-focused brands.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate designs efficiently.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B brands.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, particularly in branding, marketing creatives, and digital design.
