Our client is a growing service-based business focused on lead generation and client acquisition. They are building a lean, high-performing team and are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can support both outbound sales efforts and backend admin operations.

Job Summary

We are hiring an Appointment Setter for a remote appointment setting and lead follow-up role. This position blends outbound sales, lead nurturing, and CRM management, making it ideal for candidates looking for remote SDR jobs, appointment setting roles, or entry-to-mid-level sales positions from home.

You will be responsible for engaging leads, booking appointments, and maintaining CRM accuracy, while also supporting essential administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use scripts to effectively communicate value and handle objections
  • Maintain and update Zoho CRM with accurate lead data
  • Perform list building, data entry, and lead tracking
  • Manage follow-up sequences to improve conversion rates
  • Use tools like Google Docs and Excel for reporting and organization
  • Collaborate directly with the client to optimize outreach efforts
  • Consistently meet KPIs (calls, appointments set, follow-ups completed)

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in Sales Development, Appointment Setting, or Telemarketing
  • Strong spoken English – clear, confident, and professional
  • Proven ability in outbound calling and lead follow-ups
  • Experience using Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms
  • Comfortable with data entry and admin support tasks
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Docs, Excel, and online tools
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Positive, coachable attitude (scripts and training provided)
  • Must be based in South Africa or Latin America (time zone compatibility required)
  • Must have reliable computer, headset, and stable internet
  • Must be available full-time and exclusively dedicated to one client
