Secondee Lawyer - Commercial 5 year PQE

Role Summary:

Integreon is seeking an Attorney to support our client’s EMEA operations team.

 

This role will partner closely with legal, operational, and technical stakeholders to provide practical, business‑focused legal support across a broad range of operational matters. The ideal candidate will bring experience advising on technology‑driven operations within a fast‑paced, global environment and will be comfortable navigating complex, cross‑border issues.

 

This is a collaborative role embedded withing our clients legal operations teams, focused on enabling infrastructure delivery while thoughtfully managing legal, regulatory, and risk considerations.

 

The role is a fully virtual and candidates based in the UK would be preferred.  The engagement will last seven months (with the possibility of extension)

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our clients Legal and Operations stakeholders, along with the opportunity to gain exposure to a leading global technology organization and its operational legal challenges. This role will report to an in-house counsel.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide day‑to‑day legal support to client operations teams across EMEA
• Advise on operational risk, privacy, and regulatory compliance matters in a practical, business‑aligned manner
• Support transactional matters related to operations, vendors, and infrastructure.
• Assist with legal issues related to cloud and technology infrastructure, including data center operations and service enablement
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, privacy, procurement, and operations) to drive solutions
• Help identify legal process improvements and contribute to scalable legal framework
• Escalate and collaborate on higher‑risk or novel issues as appropriate.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong commercial judgment and ability to provide pragmatic, solution‑oriented advice
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑moving environment
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Fluent English speaker; experience working across EMEA jurisdictions is a plus
• No concurrent employment, successful candidate must be solely engaged for the length of this secondment. 
• There will be a set of background checks to undergo through the law firms conflicts process and client background check process.

Education and Experience:

The successful candidate will hold an active Legal practicing licence.

 

Key parameters and experience included, but not limited to: 

• Legal professional with operations experience, ideally within the technology sector
• 5+ years of Experience working in or advising a large global multinational organization
• Background advising across some combination of:
• Risk management
• Privacy and data protection
• Regulatory compliance
• Commercial or operational transactions
• Infrastructure or operational support matters
• Technology contracts
