Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B), sales support, and knowledge of end-to-end sales cycle
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English to communicate with regional clients
  • Proven ability to prepare complex quotations/contracts and drive business results (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Account Servicing: respond to inquiries, provide quotations/proposals, follow up on quotations, and maintain VIP contacts to drive mindshare
  • Grow revenue within accounts: consolidate qualitative feedback, increase revenue from existing clients, establish long-term support contracts, and identify new leads
  • Project/Product Management: determine project scope with customers, manage customer interactions and change management, identify/contract required partners for service delivery, and manage projects/events at locations
  • Marketing and Product Improvement: develop, customize and/or improve marketing materials for platforms/services; consolidate qualitative feedback and coordinate with product development on improvements

Job Description & Requirements

Account Servicing (50%)

  • Respond to enquiries, provide quotations / proposals
  • Follow up on converting and extending quotations
  • Keeping contact health for VIPs in green (+5 contacts monthly)
  • Consolidate Qualitative Feedback on Strength and improvement areas for each relationship
  • Regularly reach out to all contacts in Account to keep mindshare
  • Effectively increase revenue from existing clients
  • Establish long-term support contracts
  • Leverage existing contacts to identify new Leads in the account
  • Company introduction to new Leads

50% Project & Product Management

  • Determine & document project scope with Customers
  • Manage Customer Interaction and Change Management
  • Follow up on Customer / Student Feedback
  • Identify and contract required partners for service delivery
  • Manage projects/events at location
  • Develop, Customize and/or Improve marketing material for platforms and services
  • Identify Partner for strategic / scalable growth
  • Consolidate Qualitative Feedback on Strength and improvement areas for each project
  • Follow up with product development team on product improvements

Your Potential Profile

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing/ Business Management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B), sales support, and knowledge of end-to-end sales cycle
  • Great communication skills, Fluent English required (speaking) to communicate with regional clients
  • Ability to identify and address the specific needs of each customer
  • Highly motivated & Independent Individual with an eye for detail & analytical skills
  • Prior experience with preparing complex quotations & contracts
  • Result- orientation; high focus on driving (business) results and KPIs
