Requirements:
Draft pleadings (complaints, motions, oppositions) and discovery materials, including meet-and-confer letters and motions
Argue motion hearings remotely and in court; take and defend percipient and expert depositions
Prepare pre-trial documents and trial materials; actively participate in trial and mediation, including drafting mediation briefs
Maintain regular client communication and assist in managing litigation staff (paralegals and litigation assistants) and case strategy
