Position Overview

Working with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, the Healthcare Data Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, visualization, and interpretation of data to inform decision-making, support project goals, and drive successful outcomes across healthcare improvement initiatives.

This role plays a key part in helping teams and stakeholders understand data insights that improve health care delivery in communities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from a variety of sources and conduct methodologically sound analyses to generate meaningful insights
  • Interpret and present data findings to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and actionable way
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure analytic deliverables meet business and client needs
  • Partner with analytics and project teams to ensure data governance and data integrity standards are followed
  • Support the development of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key findings

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field
  • Master’s degree (MA/MS) preferred

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, research, or a related field
  • Healthcare experience preferred

Work Environment & Requirements

  • Fully remote, home-based role requiring reliable internet and dedicated workspace
  • Frequent use of computers, phones, and virtual collaboration tools
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and communicate effectively
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings or training
